The European Commission released the third set of reports on efforts made by the signatories of the Code of Practice on Disinformation to address misleading information concerning the COVID-19 pandemic. The Commission highlighted that platforms should still improve their reporting actions and provide more granularity in data to better demonstrate the impacts of their policies in order to ensure transparency and public accountability.
