Faster Firewall Migrations with FortiOS 7.4

With the release of the latest FortiOS 7.4, customers can now migrate policies between FortiGate firewalls within the FortiGate management console without using the FortiConverter Service online portal. This allows customers to upload, convert, and download firewall security configurations and policies all from the intuitive FortiGate management console instead of involving another platform for a more seamless migration experience.

Additionally, we've improved the FortiConverter Service performance to decrease the time it takes to complete firewall migrations. The FortiConverter Service can now migrate policies between FortiGate firewalls in only four business hours.? Customers migrating from third-party firewalls to FortiGate NGFWs will receive converted results within one to two business days on average.

The FortiConverter Service supports migration of any size and complexity, whether a small business or global enterprise. From the FortiConverter management console, customers can easily find documentation or an auditing result for every conversion so there are no surprises. This visibility improves business outcomes and efficiency because IT teams don't have to spend their valuable time working through complex migrations or digging up reports.

We've also adjusted the FortiConverter Service prices to be more affordable so more organizations can take advantage of the service.
