New Italian legislative proposal in favor of telecom users

It is expected that 2018 will finally put thecurrent practice of telecom companies to charge users for a period of 28 days, instead of a whole month, to an end. Even thought on at first sight this does not look so problematic, on a yearly basis, telecom companies in Italy actually charge their users for an extra month . This practice was already sanctioned in 2017 by the Italian Communications Authority, but now this will be introduced as a clear prohibition in the new legislative proposal.
