Following violence in Washington DC, Twitter has required the removal of 3 tweets by US President Trump for repeated violations of their Civic Integrity Policy. The Twitter account will remain locked for 12 hours after the removal.
Facebook has found two violations of their policies by the account of US President Trump. The account had posted a video addressing Trump supporters who broke into the US Capitol which was removed from Facebook and Instagram. According to the Hill, the Facebook account of US President Trump is now blocked for 24 hours.
