As Facebook is expected to be fined at least 3 billion dollars to settle with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) over privacy breach in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica scandal, theWashington Post reported the Commission appears split over its final decision. The chairman of the FTC, a Republican, is struggling to win the support of representatives from the Democratic party, thus delaying the final decision.
