According to IAPP, the Norwegian data protection authority announced that the standard data-processing agreement adopted by Denmark's regulator can also be used within Norway. Norway's authority stated that adopting the Danish agreement is optional; however, it must have an agreement in place that complies with the Norway's Personal Data Act.
