The Open-Ended Working Group on developments in the field of has published a new schedule, as planned activities were disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The group will hold informal virtual meetings until the end of 2020, discussing international law on 29 September-1 October, confidence building measures and capacity-building on 17-19 November, and regular institutional dialogue on 1-3 December. In early 2021, the Zero Draft of the report will be prepared. The group has also tentatively scheduled its third and final substantive session on 8-12 March 2021, to be held in New York.
