For the last couple of years, development and availability of assistive technologies have become more and more available and accessible for Persons with disability to assist them in achieving various tasks in their day to day lives. However, Research by the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Assistive Technology highlights how technology can be used to further remove barriers to employment for Persons with disability, writes Geena Vabulas, Policy Manager for Assistive and Accessible Technology at Policy Connect.
