According to CNBC, Ireland's Data Protection Commission has concluded investigations into Facebook's WhatsApp and Twitter over possible breaches of EU data privacy rules. Investigations will now move into the "decision-making phase", as DPC's chief Helen Dixon will issue draft decisions, expected to come toward the end of the year. According to the Times, It is understood that the DPC will release its findings in April at the earliest to allow for legal work.
