Microsoft signs up for Privacy Shield

Microsoft became one of the first companies to submit their Privacy Shield Certification, according to the official announcement published on their website. They expect it to be approved by the U.S. Department of Commerce, while acknowledging  the importance the Privacy Shield has for the protection of privacy rights of the citizens of EU, as well as for the companies relying on international data flows.
