A recent study by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) titled 'India Internet 2019' indicated that 15% of Internet users in India (66 million) are between ages 5 and 10, who are exposed through smart gadgets.
The report further indicates an increase in usage of digital screens and addiction to games and vulnerability of children to data breaches. The report emphasises the need of parents equip themselves in the face of these digital threats and guide children towards the positive aspects of the internet.
