Image: Shutterstock Apple has lowered its commission rate to 27% for Dutch dating app developers after it was blasted repeatedly by the Netherlands' consumer watchdog for not making sufficient changes to its app store policies to address competition imbalances.
The Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) first called out Apple in August last year, issuing an order for the iPhone maker to update its app store policies so dating app providers could use payment systems other than the one offered by Apple.
