According to MediaPost, Clearview AI, a controversial company reportedly selling new facial technology solution to law enforcement around the world, is now facing a second potential class-action lawsuit. In a complaint filed in Virginia, a plaintiff alleged that Clearview violated a state law granting individuals the right to control the commercial use of their names and images.
