GCHQ hacking is legal, tribunal rules

The UK Investigatory Powers Tribunal has ruled that the hacking of computers, mobile devices and networks by the UK Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ)  is lawful, wherever it occurs around the world is lawful. Privacy International, which submitted the initial complaint together with seven other service providers, will be challenging the tribunal's ruling.
