Indian agencies are reporting a series of cyber-attacks operated by actors in China, such as distributed-denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against Indian information websites, One India reports. According to a comment by the senior official of the Indian IT Ministry, hackers based in China are operated by the Chinese government; yet other sources in the government added that some attacks originated from Pakistan and North Korea.
