Blogger and free-speech activist Hossein Ronaghi has been released on bail after being jailed on 23 February for criticising the Iranian Users Protection Bill. According to the Associated Press in Dubai, 'The language in the bill has yet to be finalized, but it could lead to the disruption of international internet services and websites such as Instagram that have not yet been blocked.'
