Rwanda's new data protection bill is due to be adopted in March by the Rwandese Parliament. According to KT Press, the bill is currently under review, and the current minister for ICT and innovation explained it will be soon submitted to Parliament. The minister also detailed that this law will come with detailed and extensive guidelines of how government and private sector is supposed to use and protect individuals' data.
