Aimed at raising awareness on adequate managing and disposing of e-waste, Samsung has launched a programme 'Care for Clean India', focusing on responsible management of e-waste and plastic waste. Through the programme, the waste is collected and disposed in the most responsible way. Samsung calls on people to contact them and schedule e-waste pick-up from the doorstep.
According to the statistics, India is amongst the top 5 countries with regard to e-waste generation.
