The Scottish National party (SNP) is under investigation by the UK's data protection authority after voters complained about having received campaign letters not addressed to them. According to theGuardian, a representative of the electoral registers in Scotland indicated that some householders across the country have received election communications from a political party which were addressed to another person and are now concerned that the registration details for their address are inaccurate.
