The Biden administration has announced that it will review the US ban on WeChat, as well as evaluate whether the ban and national security implications were justified. The US Department of Justice is now asking courts to delay appeal hearings related to the ban. While the WeChat ban was already denied by the courts, the US government still has the option to appeal the case to the US Supreme Court.
